Marci Feliciano grew up in Baton Rouge Louisiana before moving to Sugarland, Texas in high school. She then went on to study at Texas
State in San Marcos and graduated with a BS in Health care Administration. After graduation, Marci moved to Tyler, TX where she has now lived for 21 years. She began her career in Marketing working for TCA Cable/ Cox Cable, where she remained for almost 6 years before
starting a family. Marci continued to work in Marketing from home as a Marketing Consultant for the next 10 years, as well as buying and
selling real estate investments as co-owner of J5 Real Estate Services.
Marci has 6 years experience in marketing residential properties as well as a total of over 15 years experience in general marketing. She has always had a passion for real estate, and a desire to help others. She is married to Jeff Feliciano and together they had 4 beautiful children. Marci has enjoyed watching their personal real estate investments grow and loves finding the next “deal”. She is excited to be a part of the DRAKE Residential Team and is looking forward to helping you with your residential and investment needs!
