Blake brings over 20 years of total experience to Drake with the previous 12 years spent in ranch brokerage, NNN investments, and development. Blake co-founded BRZ Capital and Bronco Capital Partners where he managed multiple portfolios focused on the acquisition and disposition of investment grade credit net lease assets, and the developments of 7-Eleven convenience stores throughout Texas and Colorado. Blake specializes in investment sales with experience in equity syndication and construction management.
Blake received a degree in Business Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University and completed an Executive Management Program from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Blake, his wife and their twin boys have lived in Tyler since relocating from Austin in 2021.
